GREGORY E. WEBB has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer and President since the Company’s inception in April 2000. Mr. Webb has aslo served as the Company's Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer and President of InfrAegis, Inc. since 2003. From 1998 to 2003, Mr. Webb served as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer and President of CityMainStreet Technologies Group, a company he founded. CityMainStreet Technologies was specialized in wireless technologies and building, reengineering and applying Natural Language Intelligent agents to business processes. Mr. Webb is a former member of the leadership team of Qualcomm, AT&T, Lockheed, Nortel, Bell Labs and a consultant to Cisco Systems and Lucent. Mr. Webb has a BS in Business Administration-Economics from Xavier University, 1973, and a Masters of Business Administration from Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University, 1989. Mr. Webb served in the U.S. Marine Corp and is a Vietnam Veteran. Mr. Webb has several personal achievements, including being an Eagle Scout and currently serving as an Executive Board Member for the Northwest Suburban Council of the Boy Scouts of America. As a scientist, Mr. Webb has invented and been awarded a number of patents, which are being utilized by the Company. Mr. Webb works with law enforcement, national security personnel, military and public officials in countries around the world where the Company intends to operate.
J. BRYAN READ has served as the Chief Operating Officer of BSW in January of 2009. Prior to this Mr. Read served as CEO of Business Optimization Systems, a company he co-founded to help improve the overall effectiveness of businesses and to assist in start-up funding. From 1985-2005 Mr. Read served as an Officer in the United States Army. Mr. Read has managed and served in military organizations at all levels. Mr. Read’s military assignments include HAWK assault fire Platoon leader and Executive officer at B Battery 1-1 ADA Butzweiler, Germany; Chief Patriot Training Division, Fort Bliss, Texas; Commander C Battery 3-6 ADA HAWK, Fort Bliss, Texas; Commander B Battery 3-6 ADA PATRIOT, Fort Bliss, Texas; Military Attaché to the US Embassy, Tashkent, Uzbekistan; Team escort and interpreter for Nuclear non-proliferation Mission Semipalatensk, Kazakhstan; Associate Professor of Russian Language at the United States Military Academy, West Point, New York; Executive Officer, 59th Ordnance Brigade, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama; Executive Officer, 832d Ordnance Battalion, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, and the Professor of Military Science at Marion Military Institute, Marion, Alabama. Mr. Read retired at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Mr. Read graduated with a BA in Political Science from the University of Alabama in 1985 and earned a Masters Degree in Government and Russian Studies from Cornell University in 1994. In 1996, Mr. Read was a senior fellow at the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies. Mr. Read graduated the US Army Command and General Staff College in 1998. Mr. Read is a graduate of the US Army Nuclear Biological Chemical Course. LTC Read’s military decorations include the Army Meritorious Service Medal (three Oak Leaf Clusters); Joint Service Commendation Medal, Army Commendation Medal (two Oak Leaf Cluster); Army Achievement Medal (seven Oak Leaf Clusters); National Defense Service Medal; Armed Forces Reserve Medal; Army Service Ribbon; and the Army Overseas Ribbon.
C. ROBERT ABBOTT has served as a Director of the Company since November 2004 and as Chief Product Officer. Mr. Abbott has also served as InfrAegis, Inc. Chief Product Officer and a Director of InfrAegis, Inc. Mr. Abbott has served as an Executive Vice President of Corporate & Business Development and Group President Europe & Latin America Country Management since 2003. Mr. Abbott served as Director of Marketing from 2001 to 2003 for ASG Technologies. Prior to that Mr. Abbott held numerous senior marketing leadership positions including Strategic Account Development for Nortel Networks from 1986 to 2001. Before then, Mr. Abbott held a management position with AT&T. Mr. Abbott has a BS in Business Administration from Eastern Kentucky University. Mr. Abbott served as 1st Lieutenant in the U.S. Army.
JAMES R. ZILKA has served as Chief Financial Officer since December 2004 and has been a Director since November 2005. Mr. Zilka has also served as the InfrAegis’ Chief Financial Officer since December 2004 and as a Director since December 2004. From 1996 through 2005, Mr. Zilka was President of The Forest Hill Group, Inc. a business and financial consulting practice concentrating in start-up situations and capital transactions. During this period, Mr. Zilka engaged in intermittent client assignments with Mr. Webb. From 1988 to 1996, Mr. Zilka was Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of Allscrips Pharmaceuticals, Inc. a venture-backed start-up. Prior to that, Mr. Zilka held several positions with Baxter Travenol Laboratories, Inc. including Assistant Corporate Controller and senior financial positions in two start-up divisions. Mr. Zilka was also an Audit Manager for Arthur Andersen & Co. Mr. Zilka has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University, 1969 and an MBA-Finance from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management, 1971. Mr. Zilka is a registered CPA in Illinois.
MARIE T. DIFFLEY has served as Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President for Program Management for the company since March 2006. Mrs. Diffley has also served as InfrAegis Inc. Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President since March 2006. Prior to this, Mrs. Diffley has served with the Boy Scouts of America, Northwest Suburban Council from 1990 to 2007 as Vice President of Program, Vice President of Operations, and Vice President of Strategic Planning; as well as a Central Region Task Member and Training Leader on the National Cub Scout Committee. Mrs. Diffley has experience in executive program management and processes in planning, organizing, budgets, and control, as well as leadership team development. Mrs. Diffley has an Executive MBA from Colorado Technical University, 2006. Mrs. Diffley received Professional Certificates in Business Management, 2006, Change Management, 2005 and Business Administration 2005. Mrs. Diffley has a BS in Biology from Springfield College, 1977. Mrs. Diffley is a Vigil Member for the Lakota Lodge Order of the Arrow, a Silver Beaver Recipient and a Silver Antelope Recipient.
Klonda K. Newell
Executive Vice President of Sales
KLONDA K. NEWELL has served as an Executive Vice President of Sales since 2003. Mrs. Newell has also served as InfrAegis’ Executive Vice President of Sales since 2003. Mrs. Newell served as an Officer from 2000 to 2003 for CityMainStreet Technologies Group. Prior to that Mrs. Newell was a co-founder and a Vice President for Global Interconnect Communications Corporation (GICC) from 1996 to 2000. From 1987 to 1996, Mrs. Newell was a Regional Director for LDDS Communications which became WorldCom. Mrs. Newell has extensive knowledge in sales and customer service with key relationships in U.S. and Latin America ports and cities. Mrs. Newell has a BS in Business Marketing and BS in Fashion Merchandising and Design from Fort Hays State University, 1984.
Brian A. Bosch
Counsel and Corporate Development Officer
BRIAN A. BOSCH has served as Chief Legal and Security Officer to InfrAegis, Inc., and its related entities, since 2006. He also has served as outside General Counsel for SurgiNex, Inc. since January 2002. Mr. Bosch has unique experience as counsel to start-up and early-stage companies complimented by extensive prior litigation experience as lead counsel in cases involving complex commercial and financial transactions, officer and directors’ liability, securities and RICO claims, environmental, and bankruptcy matters. Mr. Bosch led the litigation department of Garfield & Merel, Ltd. from July 1996 to December 2001. He also served as litigation and trial counsel with Gardner, Carton & Douglas (now Drinker Biddle & Reath, LLP.) and Katten, Muchin & Zavis. Mr. Bosch is an active member of Chicago Volunteer Legal Services, the largest provider of pro bono services in the State of Illinois, serving on its Board of Directors and as a member and of its Endowment Committee. He also has received a Distinguished Service Award for his representation of CVLS clients’. Mr. Bosch received his B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College, 1982, and his J.D. from Boston University School of Law, Boston MA., 1986.
